She shared the news publicly of the affair and child she had with the rapper, Frost. It was a big scandal. At the height of everything, Jasmine Washington filled a case against Kirk Frost and the court requested for a perternity test as an evidence. Eventually, the case was dropped as Kirk Frost couldn’t bring the paternity test results as evidence within two weeks as required by the court, it took him two months to get the results.

It was believed that the the delay was due to the pair trying to settle their object of discord out of court.
